At Refresche Teeth Whitening, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Hygiene & Safety Notice

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of teeth-whitening products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.


Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • There was a fulfilment error on our side

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@refrescheteethwhitening.co.za

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)


Service Appointments

Bookings for in-studio teeth-whitening services are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted with prior notice and is subject to availability.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
