Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Main centres: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Courier & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the courier. While we are not liable for delays or issues during transit, we will assist where possible to help resolve delivery concerns.
